Needs Analysis

Our organization opted to utilize Salesforce as our primary customer relationship management (CRM) system. Subsequently, a requirement arose for creating fresh training materials to enable individuals to effectively utilize Salesforce in their day-to-day tasks.

Tasks

After conducting a thorough review of the current training materials, I eliminated any references to the previous CRM. I then made necessary updates and proceeded to develop an eLearning module using Articulate Rise, aimed at providing comprehensive guidance on how to optimize the use of Salesforce.

Impact

In a week's time, the eLearning was viewed and completed by more than 70 learners. I helped to ensure analysts had all of the necessary tools to continue performing their daily tasks while using Salesforce.
